These terms apply when you use theknowingstudio.com or buy a course from us. Please read them before you buy. By buying a course or creating an account, you agree to them.
The Knowing Studio is run by Sachin Gopal.
What we offer
We offer online courses in energy and meditation practice, including Quantum Correction, Kundalini, Yantra, Sound Healing, Astrology and Rudraksha.
Most lessons are recorded videos that you watch on this site. Some courses may also include live online sessions. The course page tells you exactly what each course includes.
Your account
- You need an account to access a course.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Please give correct details. We use your email to send you receipts and course updates.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
One account, one person
Your course is for you alone.
Please do not share your login, the videos or the course material with anyone else. Do not record, download or copy the lessons unless the course page says a file is meant for download.
If we find an account being shared or material being copied, we may stop or close that account. There is no refund in that case.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each course page.
- The price you pay is the price shown at the time you buy.
- We are not registered for GST yet, so no GST is added to the price.
- Payments are handled safely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- We may change prices or run offers at any time. This does not change what you have already paid.
When access starts and how long it lasts
Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can log in and start right away.
You get access to the course for as long as we offer that course on this site.
If we ever close a course, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice, so you have time to finish it.
If we cancel a course before it is delivered, you get a full refund.
We may improve lessons, add new ones or reorder them over time. This is to make the course better.
Live sessions
Some courses include live online sessions.
- We will share the date, time and joining link by email or on your course dashboard.
- If we need to move a live session, we will tell you at least 24 hours before and give you a new time.
- If you miss a live session, we will share a recording where possible. A missed live session is not a reason for a refund.
- Please do not share the joining link with anyone.
Refunds
Refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Course material belongs to us
All videos, audio, notes, charts, images and text in our courses belong to Sachin Gopal or are used with permission.
You may use them for your own learning and your own practice. You may not sell them, teach from them, post them online or share them with others without our written permission.
Teaching these methods to others may need separate training or certification. Buying a course does not make you a trained teacher of the method.
Health and wellbeing disclaimer
Please read this carefully.
Our courses are about energy and meditation practice and personal wellbeing. They are not medical treatment.
- Nothing in our courses is a medical diagnosis or a medical treatment.
- Our courses do not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or any other licensed health professional.
- Do not stop or change any medicine or treatment because of something in a course. Talk to your doctor first.
- If you have a serious physical or mental health condition, please keep working with your doctor while you take a course.
- In an emergency, contact a doctor or hospital straight away.
Results are different for every person. We share what we have seen work, but we cannot promise any particular result.
You choose to take part in the practices, and you take responsibility for doing so.
How you use the site
Please do not:
- Try to break into the site or other people’s accounts.
- Upload anything harmful, illegal or abusive.
- Use the site in a way that harms us or other students.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site running and the content correct. Still, the site may sometimes be down, and mistakes can happen.
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Ending your account
You can close your account any time by writing to queries@sachingopal.com.
We may close an account that breaks these terms. Where possible, we will tell you why first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to you are the ones in place when you bought the course.
Which law applies
Indian law applies to these terms. Any disagreement will go to the courts in India.
Before going to court, please write to us first. Most problems can be sorted out with a simple conversation.
