The Knowing Studio teaches energy and meditation practice that you can test for yourself.
Our main courses teach the Yuen Method, as we learned it from Dr. Kam Yuen. You learn to find what is weak in the body, the mind and the spirit, and to clear it.

Courses are online. You watch recorded lessons on any device, at your own pace. Some courses also have live sessions.
