Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product and no shipping charge.
When you get access
Access is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the course appears in your dashboard.
We also send a confirmation email to the address you used to buy.
To start, log in at theknowingstudio.com and open your dashboard.
Live sessions
If your course includes live sessions, we send the date, time and joining link by email. You will also find them on your course dashboard.
If you do not get access
Sometimes a payment takes a little time to confirm. If you do not see your course within 2 hours of paying, write to queries@sachingopal.com with your order number or Razorpay payment ID. We will fix it, or refund you in full.
